Tasting note
The Musar Jeune Rosé is fresh and lively with aromas of orange, peach, ripe wild strawberries and a touch of rose water and thyme. Dry, slender and crunchy on the palate, with a persistent, fruity aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light appetizers, seafood, grilled fish and Mediterranean dishes. It also goes well with summer salads and mild cheeses.
Vinification
Both Cinsault and Mourvèdre were pressed directly and fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 18°C and 21°C. After the malolactic fermentation was complete, the wines rested in the tank for three months before being cold-stabilized and bottled in spring.
