About the wine
Chateau Musar is Lebanon's most famous wine cellar. It does not have its own vineyards but is supplied with grapes from contractually bound wineries from the Bekaa Valley. However, cultivation and vine care are subject to the management of the winery. The company's cellar technology meets the latest standards and is vinified in classic Bordeaux style. The wines are neither filtered nor embellished. The result is powerful wines that revive Lebanon's old wine tradition.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red, complex bouquet of dried dates, cherries, blueberries, black currants and spices. Youthful and soft structure on the palate with a juicy aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for pizza with mushrooms, red meat and Gruyère burgers.
Vinification
After harvesting, the selected grapes are spontaneously fermented in open containers at a temperature of between 27 and 29 °C. The wine is then gently pressed and blended. It then matures in a concrete tank for six months before being bottled unfiltered and sold after a short period of rest. Vegan certified.
