About the wine
With the special Muros Antigos Vinho Verde DOC from 2017, you will positively surprise your friends. Sunny landscapes in Vinho Verde give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Anselmo Mendes conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience.

Vinification
Short skin maceration. Gently press the whole destelt grape. Cold clarification for 48 hours. Long fermentation at temperatures between 12º and 16ºC. Aging on fine yeast for at least 4 months.
