About the wine
Built according to the most modern technologies, the Tenuta Iuzzolini winery is located in the heart of the Cirò DOC vineyards in the locality of Fego - Frassa. The winery has the best technical equipment currently available in the wine industry. The winery's capacity, equipped with French barriques and steel containers, is 4500 hectoliters and has a production capacity of over one million bottles per year. The estate is spread over an area of about 500 hectares, of which 30 hectares are used for special vineyard culture, 50 hectares of olive trees, 100 hectares of seeds, the rest consists of pastures and forests.

Tasting note
Bouquet - intense aroma of ripe red and dark fruits, balsamic and floral notes of violets with a slight hint of tobacco. Warm and velvety on the palate, a wine that has a great structure and a lot of personality in the taste. The alcohol combines with the soft tannins in a convincing balance.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat dishes or mature cheese
Vinification
Traditional fermentation with maceration for 10-15 days, then 15 months in new French oak barrels. The wine is then aged in the bottle at a controlled temperature for another two months.
