About the wine
Murailles Brut is an elegant sparkling wine for festive occasions, vinified by Maison Henri Badoux oenologists using the Charmat method. Made primarily from Chardonnay grapes, it impresses with its fine perlage and the delicate aroma of fresh almonds and white flowers. It goes particularly well with oysters, seafood or delicious desserts such as apple pie.

Tasting note
Light straw yellow, fine, subtle perlage.Fresh and clear, fine aromas of fresh almonds, white fruits, fresh apple and mandarin. Extremely juicy and pleasant on the palate. Produced from Chardonnay, as this classic grape variety is better suited for sparkling wine production.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect for aperitifs, antipasti, light fish and seafood dishes, sushi and mild cheeses. Its freshness and finesse go particularly well with delicate, aromatic dishes.
