About the wine
A wonderful Syrah in the style of Côte-Rôtie wines.

Tasting note
Strong ruby red - expressive nose with aromas of red and black berries and plums, a peppery spice and floral notes of the violets so typical of French Syrahs. Very well-structured palate, juicy and strong with lots of ripe berry notes, lush yet elegant, with fresh acidity and wonderfully balanced tannins. Finally, a complex, fruity finish. For once with an alcohol content of 14.5% vol. quite full-bodied and therefore definitely a great option even for lovers of Syrahs with power!
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Der Rotwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 16°-18°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: Jetzt bis 2031. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Mullineux Shiraz harmoniert perfekt mit Barbecue, geröstetem Gemüse und Wild.
Vinification
Angaben über Vinifizierung: Dieser Wein wurde während 11 Monaten in zu 15% neuen 225 Liter und 500 Liter französischen Eichenholzfässern ausgebaut.
