Tasting note
Rich ruby red - dreamy, complex nose with aromas of dark berries, pepper and herbs. Very intense on the palate, perfectly balanced and with strong tannins, wonderful finish.

Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the red wine is slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2033. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Mullineux Schist Shiraz goes well with game, barbecue and roasted vegetables.
Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: This wine was aged for 23 months in 50% new 500 liter French oak barrels.
