About the wine

Graceful and sunny landscapes of the coastal region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the South African winery Mullineux conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
Light lemon yellow - the nose with a decidedly expressive bouquet of limes and yellow stone fruits. On the palate, the clear acidity impresses with notes of elderberry and citrus fruits as well as spicy notes of coriander. Together with the mineral flint note, this creates a wonderful contrast to the creamy character with which this great white wine presents itself in the mouth. Be sure to decant and serve in large burgundy glasses.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled fish, seafood, chicken with herbs or mildly seasoned dishes. It is also an excellent choice with aged cheese or a cheese platter.
