Tasting note
Dark ruby red. On the nose, aromas of ripe black fruits, plums and spices with fine roasted aromas. Round and balanced on the palate with soft tannins and a long, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled meat, hearty stews or mature cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected and fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve fruit and elegance. The wine is then aged partly in wooden barrels to develop complexity and depth.
