Tasting note
Bright yellow with green reflections. Brilliant fresh bouquet, lots of citrus notes, scent of white flowers, some smoke. Great balance of freshness and creamy extract, juicy, with well-matched but not obtrusive acidity, nice length, lots of citrus aromas on the palate as well. Very successful mix of classic and fruity white wine.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for polenta, pizza and strong cheeses. Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the white wine is slightly chilled 7°-9°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase of this wine: Up to 4 years.
Vinification
Harvested and selected by hand, after maceration in the press for 8 hours. Fermented in new French barriques and aged on lees for 3 months.
