Culinary recommendation
The perfect wine with braai.
Vinification
During the crush, we leave the grapes in the press for between one and 1.5 hours, in contact with the skins. This skin contact gives the wine its salmon and onion skin color. The wine is fermented naturally in stainless steel tanks and bottled with minimal intervention.
