The “Mount Hermon Rouge” refers to delicious aromas of red and black fruits, covered by a touch of fresh herbs, earth and cocoa. This young blend is ideal for daily drinking and shows an enjoyable body and lasting taste. The “Mount Hermon Rouge” is a mix of the French varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec. All fruits come from vineyards in the Golan Heights. Because the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, it can be bottled without sterile filtration. A “Mount Hermon Rouge” bottle is ready to drink immediately after purchase and should best be consumed within three years. Pair the wine with a grilled lamb skewer, a juicy tender hamburger, or a lovely Camembert.
