The “Mount Hermon Moscato” reveals attractive and aromatic fruit notes of pineapple, mango, melon and flowers as well as a pleasant nuance of lemongrass. This slightly sparkling and sweet white wine gives you a refreshing and tasty drinking experience. The “Mount Hermon Moscato” is made exclusively from Muscat grapes, usually the first bottling of the “Golan Winery”. By stopping cold fermentation early, the result is a slightly frothy, wonderfully flavored wine, with a low alcohol content. A “Hermon Moscato” bottle can be enjoyed after purchase and should be consumed within 18 months. Serve the wine as an appetizer, preferably with various fruit-based desserts, a mango roulade with raspberries and elderflowers, creamy lemon tarts or a moscato zabaione.
