Tasting note
This excellent cru was selected on the vines. It is a “big” among the 10 crus of Beaujolais. Typical and of pronounced character, underlined by a strong red color, this wine leaves the scent of coffee and vanilla on the nose.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red and grilled meats as well as cheese platters.
Vinification
The expansion took place in steel tanks.
