About the wine
With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Prunotto masters this red wine in the blooming and fertile countryside of Piedmont. You will certainly enjoy the fine Mosesco Dolcetto d'Alba DOC, which was produced in 2015.
Tasting note
Ruby red with purple reflections. Very open, accessible and youthful nose. Fresh, berry aromas prevail. cherries, blueberries, even spicy components. Very juicy, refined and elegant on the palate. Refreshing and with a good aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
A fresh, fruity, tempting drop of antipasti.
Vinification
The Dolcetto grapes come from the “Mosesco” vineyard and are harvested separately. After pressing, the mash is fermented in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by a brief aging in medium-sized Slavonian oak barrels and then a few months of rest in the bottle.
