Tasting note
Multi-faceted bouquet with clear notes of apricot. Although dense and full on the palate, this passito retains a pleasant freshness thanks to the harmoniously integrated acidity. Goes well with both sweet pastries and cheese.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are dried for around 50 days. The maceration and maturation takes place in small oak barrels for one year.
