Tasting note
The wine has a straw-yellow hue, which is reminiscent of the first rays of sunshine on a spring day. On the nose, tempting aromas of gooseberry, sage, thyme and white peach develop, which immediately invite you to enjoy. On the palate, it is extremely accessible with memories of sweet fruits. Its refreshing liveliness results in a fruity and clean finish.
Culinary recommendation
On the palate without the typical residual sugar of many Moscatos, it underlines a distinctive freshness and surprising spiciness. Perfect for Asian cuisine.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are left to rest for a few hours to clarify the must. The subsequent alcoholic fermentation takes place at 16°C. The wine ages on fine lees for at least six months to develop additional complexity.
