Tasting note
Light straw yellow. Refreshing fresh bouquet with notes of rose petals, muscat grapes and elderflowers. Sparkling on the palate with rich perlage, wonderfully refreshing with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. That is pure joie de vivre!
Culinary recommendation
Chic again: for an aperitif! Also suitable for panettone or torta di nocciole (nut cake).
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and the juice is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The fermentation process is not completely completed in order to retain the right amount of residual sugar. The Moscato is placed on the bottle under pressure. This is done in batches so as not to distort the freshness and scent of the aromas. The wine is then refined in the bottle for a few more weeks.
