Tasting note
Vivid, bright straw yellow. The scent is reminiscent of acacia and orange blossoms. On the palate, there is a wonderful harmony between sweetness and freshness. Long-lasting, fruity aftertaste.
Vinification
After harvesting, the ripe grapes are gently pressed and the must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. When the wine has reached an alcohol level of 5 percent by volume, the pressure tank is closed and the temperature is reduced. Natural fermentation is interrupted so that the right amount of residual sugar persists.
