Tasting note
Bright straw yellow with fine perlage. Fruity bouquet with lovely nutmeg notes. Soft, sweet with fresh acidity, hints of peach and sage.
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes very well with fruit, pastries and any kind of dessert. Also excellent as an accompaniment to mature cheeses. Absolutely to drink young.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and clarified. The must obtained must is stored refrigerated. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in the fermentation tank. Fermentation is stopped as soon as the must has reached an alcohol content of approx. 5% by volume. The Moscato is then filtered and bottled.
