Tasting note
Brilliant golden yellow color. On the nose, powerful and aromatic aromas with notes of peach, sage, citrus, honey and apricot. The palate is fresh, sweet, pleasantly acidic and with very fine primary aromas.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with desserts, pastries but also just like that!
Vinification
The grape juice squeezed in the same way is decanted at a constant temperature of zero degrees. The subsequent alcoholic fermentation takes place in small steel tanks at 17 degrees.
