You can describe the nature of Valais with words such as hilly or mountainous. However, the Swiss winery Cordonier & Lamon is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this red wine. Tasting note
Like a mosaic, this red assemblage reveals many facets and nuances. The bouquet is seductive and intense: fresh wild berries and cassis, ripe fruit, fine spicy notes (vanilla, cinnamon, pepper). This is accompanied by mineral notes and herbal impressions that suggest hay, mint and black tea. Elegance, fruit and complexity are the three pillars of this composition by Jacques Cordonier. Mosaïque is complex, sustainable and has a wide range of aromas. Many aspects come together in a sustained, consistent and balanced finale.
