About the wine
Since 1962, the Cordonier family has continuously improved winegrowing and winemaking techniques. With more than 60 years of experience in winegrowing and winemaking, Arthur Cordonier knows the various soils of Valais, knows what the best farming methods are and masters the cultivation of numerous grape varieties in the region with care. Without good quality grapes, there is no exceptional wine!

Tasting note
Mosaïque: One stone next to the other creates a complete picture, a holistic impression. It's the same with this assemblage! Created from many individual parts, a complex, multi-faceted whole is created. The fruity aroma is expressive and pleasing: It is reminiscent of tropical fruits (melon, mango, passion fruit, kiwi), but also of local fruits (apricot, pear, ripe apple). The interplay of acidity and sweetness leaves the palate with a varied, complex sensory impression. The finale reveals many facets and nuances, which come together in a wonderful final bouquet. Conclusion: An exciting cuvée that presents a different picture of Valais and clearly shows the quality potential.

Goes well with fish dishes, spicy brioches and cheese platters.
