Dense, brilliant ruby red. On the nose, aromas of cassis, blackberries, complemented by spicy notes such as cinnamon, but also roasted notes, coffee and tobacco. Harmonious, complex and balanced on the palate with velvety tannins and complex aromas. Long-lasting finish
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, barbecues.
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation followed by aging in new French barriques for 12 months.
