About the wine
Italy's most famous advertiser, Gavino Sanna, fulfilled his lifelong dream with Cantina Mesa in southern Sardinia, namely to produce modern wines of the highest quality in his home country. The 70 hectares of vines are located in the province of Santa Anna Arresi, in the middle of Sulcis Iglesiente, and are protected by Mistral and surrounded by the sea. The outer appearance of the bottles — all styled and with the clear signature of their owner — provides a foretaste of the excellent content and expected success of this top Sardinian winery.

Tasting note
On the nose, raspberries, blackcurrants and blackberries with floral notes of violets and herbs such as mint. It has a balanced structure with strong tannins. Fascinated by dynamism and great fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with traditional sausages, grilled fish, pasta with meat sauces and medium-aged cheeses.
Vinification
Read at the beginning of October. After harvesting, the grapes are macerated before fermenting in steel tanks at a constant temperature of between 24 and 28°C for around 14 days. After tapping, some of the wine is aged in Tonneaux for 8 months and the remaining part continues in steel tanks.
