Tasting note
Der Pfarrweingarten hat ein sehr spezielles Terroir in der Region mit Muschel- und Korallenkalk. In der Nase haben wir intensive Aromen von gelben Früchten und etwas Quitte. Im Mund rote Äpfel und Mandarine. Der Gaumen zeigt sich jugendlich und elegant mit feinen Aromen von Salzkaramell und einer tollen Säure. Dieser Wein hat die besten Jahre noch vor sich.
