Tasting note
Color: Dense garnet red with distinctive violet reflections, colortight. Aroma: typical bouquet of the variety, pickled cherries, blackberries and plum compote, warm roasted and spicy notes, bitter almonds, vanilla and a touch of leather. Body: Very long start, incredibly youthful and fresh, generous and full-bodied with present tannins, slight acidity and sweet palate aromas. Quality: An absolute expert in regional gastronomy.
