About the wine
The crooked, gravelly soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Domaine Louis Latour everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. Flaschenpöstler tip: Pair this Pinot Noir with cheese or salmon.

Tasting note
This wine has a deep ruby red color. On the nose, you can discover notes of roasted coffee and blackberries. The wine is full, spicy and very fresh on the palate with notes of licorice and blackcurrant. Nice aromatic aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with venison, beef, lamb and cheese.
Vinification
Fermentation is traditionally carried out in open vats (100% malolactic). The wine then matures for 10 to 12 months in 20% new oak barrels.
