About the wine
The fertile and blooming Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Podere 414 conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Intense, rich ruby red. Ripe aromas of black cherries and blackberries on the palate. On the palate, mouth-filling, powerful start with pleasant spiciness and delicate vanilla notes. Soft, long-lasting finish
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with pasta with tomato sauces, grilled meat, game dishes or aged cheese.
Vinification
The fermentation time is between 15 and 20 days at a temperature of around 28°C. 75 percent of the aging takes place in 225 liter barriques and 25 percent in so-called “tonneaux” of 500 liters.
