About the wine
Give joy to the senses with the delicious Morellino di Scansano DOCG! The winemaker from the Italian winery Morisfarms is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originated in the fertile and flourishing Tuscan countryside.

Tasting note
The color is a bright ruby red. The inviting bouquet is of good intensity, with the focus on clear fruit. The taste is also dominated by fresh, pure fruit notes. Morellino is a balanced wine with well-integrated tannins, harmonious in the finish and aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with meat sauce, grilled pork or beef, fried chicken with herbs, medium-aged cheese or Tuscan cuisine such as ribollita or crostini with liver paté.
Vinification
The temperature-controlled mash fermentation takes around 15 days. The wine is aged exclusively in steel tanks for 4 months.
