Tasting note
DO Montsant red wine, made from grapes from various types of soil. It is a velvety wine with a distinct personality. Ripe red and black fruits, herbal notes and spices, with soft, velvety tannins as a structure. A powerful wine that is well-structured yet accessible. Symbolic of DO Montsant. “Jaspi” in Catalan means silk.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with strong sauce, duck, grilled poultry, saffron risotto and spare ribs.
