About the wine
With the fine Monts et Merveilles Vin de France from 2018, you will positively surprise your friends. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the French winery Mylène Bru in the sunny Languedoc-Roussillon countryside masters this red wine.

Tasting note
This wine shows a very dark color with purple tones. On the nose, intense aromas of very ripe black fruits, such as blueberries and sour cherries, develop, accompanied by characteristic notes of violets, which, as they age, develop towards musk, truffles, leather, mocha and spices.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dishes such as macaronade, eggs in mutton, fried chicken, grilled rib-eye steak on vines, partridge salmis or grilled pork with lemongrass.
Vinification
The grapes come from a single plot, the “Syrah du Triangle”, which is 60 years old and faces north. Fermentation takes place without filtration.
