Clear amber The nose is full of raisins and dates with pleasant fruitiness, honey notes and a slight hint of orange peel. On the palate, notes of dried fruit, roasted aromas and nuances of rosemary honey.
Vinification
Grapes dried in the sun. Aged for 12 months in traditional clay jugs (ttinajas)
