Tasting note
A fino that is almost an amontillado — clear, golden brown color. On the nose, a wide range of aromas of hay, herbs, dried meadow flowers, honey as well as light caramel and hazelnut aromas. Slightly salty on the palate with a strong yeast aroma. A warm, creamy, slightly sweet finish.
Vinification
Aged for more than 12 years in oak barrels in the solera system.
