Tasting note
Deep dark red color. On the nose, beautiful dense aromas with notes of blackcurrant, blueberry, cedarwood, cinnamon, olive, black truffle and cocoa powder. On the palate, Monteverro shows dense initial notes that develop on a structured and concentrated range of dark fruits; plus a nice acidity of blackberries and cherry stones.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Monteverro IGT goes perfectly with pizza with mushrooms, Gruyère burgers and ribeye steak. Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2035.
