About the wine
The fertile and picturesque landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Produttori del Barbaresco conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. With the delicious Montestefano Barbaresco Riserva DOCG, which was produced in 2009, you will certainly have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
Rich ruby with cherry-red reflections. On the nose, ripe aromas of plum, peppermint, black chocolate and forest soil. Seductive and complex. Strong, rich, full-bodied and always very elegant on the palate. Combined power and aroma. raspberries, plums, and forest soil. A powerful Barbaresco, with firm tannin and perfect acid structure. Extremely long and complex in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried meat, combined pasta dishes and aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes from the Montestefano vineyard are picked by hand, gently pressed and the mash is then fermented in steel tanks. The young wine is aged in large wooden barrels for 36 months. The wine is then aged in the bottle for a further eight months.
