Tasting note
The nose is intense and complex with floral notes of red roses, ripe red fruits, currants and a hint of slight spice. It is soft and quite tannic on the palate, but extremely tasty.

Vinification
Manual harvest, tank pressing and maceration for 7-15 days at a controlled temperature of 24/26 degrees. Stitch (saignée) of 15/ 20% to get more fullness, extract and color. Aging in steel tanks for at least 6 months and then 2 months in the bottle.
