Tasting note
Deep ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose shows roses, delicate red fruits such as currants and raspberries, pepper, cloves and accents of garrigue. Medium-weight, velvety on the palate, with hints of cherry, blueberries and licorice. Fresh and energetic tannins pervade the entire sip.

Pasta, grilled food, aperitif
Vinification
Fermentation and maceration for around 10 days in stainless steel tanks. 80% of the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for around 18 months, while the remaining 20% is aged in 25 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
