About the wine

The Masciarelli winery is located in the Abruzzo village of San Martino with 800 inhabitants. Gianni and Marina Masciarelli began producing wine on just under 2 hectares of land — a shared passion. Since 2009, the family also owns the “Castello di Semivicoli”, a first-class hotel near the vineyards. The region, its culture and wine tradition play a major role in the company's philosophy. Gianni Masciarelli's greatest passion was Abruzzo, its extraordinary landscape, its scent, its colors, its intense taste — everything that is also reflected in the local products. Marina Cvetic is the owner of the company today - she continues to run the company professionally and with a lot of drive.
