Tasting note
An accessible red wine with fresh fruit aromas of wild berries, plus some pepper and black cherries.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie pasta, pizza and poultry.
Vinification
A blend of 70% Sangiovese, 15% Ciliegiolo and 15% Montepulciano. The wine is fermented in steel tanks and then aged half in two to three-year barriques and the other half in steel tanks. The wine is then aged in the bottle for another six months.
