Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Distinguished, elegant bouquet with notes of ripe bananas, pineapple, ripe pome fruit and some vanilla. Complex and supple. Round on the palate, well balanced and with fine barrique notes. Medium-rich body, with well-integrated, fine-rich acid. Fine, creamy aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
An elegant companion to spaghetti vongole or terrines.
Vinification
After harvesting by hand, the grapes are gently pressed. 20% of the must is fermented in one-year barriques and 80% in steel tanks. The young wine then matures on the fine yeast for a few months before being bottled.
