Tasting note
Clear and intense nose of red, ripe fruits, plus floral notes. Fresh on the palate, with the typical acidity, present but soft tannins and a mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
An all-rounder that goes well with barbecues, pasta dishes, various cheeses, gratinated vegetables and much more. An everyday wine with a high standard.
Vinification
Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with controlled draining and repumping for 15 days. The aging then takes place in 38 hectoliter oak barrels for 12 months.
