About the wine

Tasting note
The characteristic bouquet of pepper and spices of this pure Sangiovese wine shows a complex aromatic structure and lots of finesse. Prominent notes of ripe black berries and fig create an individual texture. On the palate, it develops a strong, supple structure with rich tannins and a long-lasting aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with meat, beef with dark sauces, also grilled or fried, veal with dark sauces.
