Tasting note
Rich, intense bouquet with notes of currants, licorice, tobacco, spices, coffee and leather. Complex, full-bodied, harmonious and soft on the palate, with notes of blackberries. Pleasant aftertaste with soft tannins.
Vinification
After the grapes have been pressed, fermentation takes place, partly in stainless steel tanks and in cone-shaped oak barrels. Further aging and aging takes place for at least 3 years, including two years in medium-sized oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
