About the wine

Tasting note
Color: Very rich red with bright rose gold reflections. Aromatics: Finely ripe fruity bouquet, compote-like, scented of dark stone fruits, spicy, underlaid with a balsamic hint of honey. Body: Long, soft drink, strong on the palate, present acidity. Still rustic tannins, subtle tobacco note in the aftertaste. Quality: Still young wine, with a nice aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Pizza, pasta dishes such as spaghetti bolognese or gratinated gnocchi, racy, seasoned meat skewers, platters with delicious sausages.
