Tasting note
Color: Rich cherry red with black core. Aromatics: Bouquet typical of the variety, ripe, black-berry, dark stone fruits, subtle spicy aromas, delicately lactic with a goût de goudron in the finale. Body: Long start, strong, extract-sweet palate, centered, balanced in acidity and tannins, present, back aromas, delicately tart on the finish. Quality: Centred, harmonious and very typical Apulian.
