Tasting note
Deep dark red with purple reflections. On the nose, there is a fruity start with intense berry aromas, finely underpinned by soft wood notes. On the palate, it delights with its complexity and dense aromas. The finish is long, expressive and fruity — a wine that lingers on for a long time and makes you want the next sip.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with red meats, game dishes and traditional Bündner specialities.
Vinification
Each grape variety is fermented and aged separately in order to optimally develop its individual characteristics. The aging takes place for 12 months in partly new and partly used barriques, which gives the wine its balanced structure and fine wood note.
