Tasting note
On the nose, the sparkling intensity of green apples and citrus fruits as well as the freshness of mineral notes and white flowers are convincing. On the palate, aromas of white fruits (pear, peach, apple) develop, generous and at the same time subtle. When the wine breathes, elegant, ripe notes of brioche, grains and fresh nuts are added.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with mixed salads, seafood and white fish, raw or lightly cooked, so that their juice and bite are retained. Steamed dishes, white meat poached or fried and served in light sauces.
