Tasting note
Color: Brilliant coral color, with intense rose gold reflections. Aroma: The intense fruitiness of ripe red fruits, strawberries, raspberries, pomegranates. Notes of sweet spices (vanilla, brown sugar). Traces of fresh mint. Palate: Balanced palate due to the combination of structure, suppleness and freshness. Lasting finish with a fresh touch of blood orange.

Vinification
Non-oxidative preparation thanks to fermentation in stainless steel tanks and systematic prevention of contact with oxygen throughout the production process to preserve the fruity character. 100% malolactic fermentation to soften the acidity and make the wine rounder. Long aging for fine perlage and velvety texture.
