Created on the occasion of Moët & Chandon's 280th birthday, this complex champagne is the ultimate expression of the house's vision: “haute œnology.” Brut Nature champagne was made from a blend of seven remarkable vintages, each carefully assessed and aged in different environments to highlight their individual qualities.

The Champagne Moët & Chandon Collection Impériale Création No. 1 goes perfectly with oysters, scallops, sushi or fine caviar. Light poultry, veal in lemon sauce and mild, creamy cheeses such as brie also complement its aromas perfectly. For a fruity finale, desserts with citrus fruits are suitable, which underline its freshness.
Vinification
The complex blend begins with the fresh Grand Vintage 2013, aged in stainless steel tanks, complemented by the sophisticated 2012, the powerful 2010, the strong 2008, the lively 2000 aged in oak barrels, and ends with the elegant 2004, which is aged in the bottle after the second fermentation on the yeast. Collection Impériale, Création N° 1 is a natural Brut champagne that expresses its aromas in an unadulterated way.
